How much do Snackify boxes cost?

Snackify boxes range from $30 to $60, depending on the theme, size, and any optional add‑ons. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How many snacks come in each box?

Each box includes a mix of single‑serve and occasional multi‑serve snacks. Quantities vary by theme and size, and each product page lists an estimated item count. We rotate selections regularly to keep the experience fresh and discovery‑driven.

Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimums. For orders of more than 21 boxes to a single address, contact our corporate gifting team for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or USVI?

Yes — we ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, but online availability is limited. For international orders outside the listed countries, contact us directly.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes. APO shipments may experience delays due to military processing. We recommend tracking your package and contacting your APO office if needed.

How long will shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Faster options are available for corporate gifting and bulk orders.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes. On the Cart page, select “Ship to Multiple Addresses” and assign each product to its destination.

How do I mark my order as a gift?

On the Cart page, check “Is this a Gift?” before checkout. You can also add a personalized card as an add‑on.

A snack I want is out of stock, when will it return?

It’s likely awaiting restock and should return within a couple of weeks. Email us if you’d like an update on a specific item

My order arrived with missing or damaged snacks, what should I do?

We’ll make it right. Email us with your name and order number, and our team will resolve it promptly.

I received a Snackify box but don’t know who sent it, can you help?

Yes. If no gift message was included, we can look up the sender using the order number or delivery address.

Are your snacks made in the U.S.?

Most of our snacks are made in the U.S., though some brands originate or manufacture overseas. We focus on high‑quality ingredients and emerging makers, regardless of origin.

Yes. We offer a Gluten‑Free & Vegan Box and a Gluten‑Free Collection. Not all gluten‑free items are dairy‑free, so check each product’s ingredient list.

Do you offer nut‑free snacks?

We don’t yet offer a nut‑free themed box, but many individual snacks are nut‑free. When shopping individual snacks, always review ingredient labels before purchasing.

Do you offer low‑sugar snacks?

We plan to expand into low‑sugar themes. For now, our Wellness Collection includes many low‑ or no‑sugar options.
