Order Processing Times

Orders placed from our website are processed in 24-48 hours.  Business hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am- 4:00pm.  During US national holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, order processing may take up to 3 additional business days.  We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Please note we may need additional time to gather inventory for bulk orders placed through our Corporate Gifting concierge services which will be disclosed in consultation.

Ship Times

Items ship from our Jacksonville FL facility.  Ship times are estimates only.  Snackify uses a variety of the most reliable 3rd-party shipping carriers.  Default carriers include UPS and USPS.  We ship to the 48 contiguous US states, Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S.V.I.  We also offer international shipping!

• Orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states arrive in 3-5 business days
• Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S.V.I. arrive in 7-10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by carrier based on the contents of the order and proximity from our fulfillment locations. 

Rerouting

In rare cases, a shipment can be rerouted to a different address during transit depending on the timing of the request.  If a shipment for an order can successfully be intercepted and rerouted, a rerouting service charge of up to $10 will be assessed.  If your have an order in transit and need to request a package to be rerouted, please email [email protected].
